Professor Laszlo Endrenyi has served on the Governing Council and held the position of Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at the University of Toronto, Canada.
He has sat on the Board of Directors of the American Statistical Association and was President of Canadian Society for Pharmaceutical Scientists. He has served on several grant review committees.
Professor Endrenyi has been consulted by and served on advisory committees of both US Food and Drug Administration and Health Canada, and various industry organizations in the areas of pharmacokinetics, biostatistics, design and evaluation of experiments, clinical trials; and analysis of bioavailability, bioequivalence and biosimilarity studies.
He is a Fellow of Canadian Society for Pharmaceutical Sciences and of American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
Professor Endrenyi has served on editorial boards of research journals including American Journal of Physiology, Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics, Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biosimilars, and Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He published a book on kinetic data analysis as well as over 180 research papers, several of which established principles for the design and analysis of enzyme and pharmacokinetic investigations.
Recently, Professor Endrenyi has developed principles and applications for the evaluation of bioavailability and bioequivalence. His research and studies have been instrumental in the adoption of some regulations and the withdrawal of others.
